Matt. 24:36 … In our Past, NOT in our Future!

Many have stated that when Jesus said: “But concerning that day and hour no one knows,” it is a reference to a future worldwide “Armageddon” event. In this video, Paul White shows how that is NOT possible, but it referred to the destruction of Jerusalem in AD 70. Watch and learn.

“Heaven and Earth” passing away is in our past, NOT in our future

Jesus said “For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished.” Matt. 5:18

This was not a reference to something in our future, but it was a reference to the passing away of the Old Covenant Israel and everything associated with it, which happened in AD 70.

Pastor Paul White gives an outstanding exposition of the Old Testament verses which expound on this point. Listen and Learn.

“This generation”does NOT mean “this race.”

Jesus said in Matthew 24:24: “this generation will not pass away until all these things take place.” Pastor Paul White shows clearly in this video that it is impossible that it could have meant “This race will not pass away.” The Greek word for race is “genos.”

Please listen and learn from this.

God keeps his promises!

All writers appreciate endorsements of their books. In this brief video, Don Preston endorses my book, God’s Promise of Redemption, a story of fulfilled prophecy. This book shows how God has kept every one of his promises!

Thank you Don for your endorsement!

I would also like to encourage you to view the video series’ on this subject in the tabs at the top of this page – Last Days – Past or future, and Last Days of the New Testament.

The Mountain Range view of prophecy…Is it viable?

In this video by Paul White, he shows what is meant by the “Mountain Range View of prophecy,” and why it is a flawed view of Biblical Interpretation. I like the way he starts this video. He states that “being right” is not important.…but truth is important. Once truth is presented, people can do with it what they chose. We should NOT be arguing over these passages.

I would like to not that at the end of this video, brother Paul reads Acts 24: 15, but misses a crucial point about this passage. If you will look this up in your Interlinear Bible, you will notice that in the Greek, it says “there is ABOUT TO BE a resurrection of both the just and the unjust.” ABOUT TO BE is from the Greek root word “mello.” Therefore, this was a resurrection that would happen soon. This word changes everything and brings in a whole host of implications with regard to the soon coming resurrection.

The shaking of Heaven and Matthew 24

Once again Pastor Paul White gives us an excellent account of Matthew 24:29, as he shows an Old Testament precedent that the words used in this passage are symbolic language, and are not to be taken literally. This is part of his overall goal of showing that Matthew 24 is a fulfilled prophecy and not something which is in our future.

The 144,000 of Revelation by Paul White

Pastor Paul White does another outstanding job in this video to explain the meaning of the 144,000 in the book of Revelation.

If truth is important to you, watch and take notes:

The Revelation of Jesus Christ – Part 8

As I post this final video of the series, I would sincerely like to ask the question to all those looking for a cataclysmic end to this nation, or this world.

WHEN are you going to realize that the prophecy pundits predicting such a thing are indeed worthy of the following passage?

Deut. 18:21 “You may say in your heart, ‘How will we know the word which the LORD has not spoken?’
Deut. 18:22 “When a prophet speaks in the name of the LORD, if the thing does not come about or come true, that is the thing which the LORD has not spoken. The prophet has spoken it presumptuously; you shall not be afraid of him.

In fact, the earlier passage even goes so far as to pronounce judgment upon those who prophesy falsely.

As this blog entry is written, there are 9 more days until the last of the famously prophesied blood moons takes place! In this video, I show why it is that this cannot be anything except a false prophecy. I further show why from what we have studied here, WE CAN trust the promises of our Lord Jesus!

The Revelation of Jesus Christ – Part 3

After Watching Parts 1 and 2 of this series on the book of Revelation, your question might be something like this.

Rob, you have shown some internal evidence that the book of Revelation was written before the destruction of Jerusalem.

Is there anything more? And why is this so important?

The Revelation of Jesus Christ – Part 2

In the first video of this series we noticed that is emphasized TWICE to the apostle John that this message was about events that were to occur SOON.

But WHAT FACTS are there within the pages of this book that makes us believe that this message was so urgent?

In this segment we will also begin an examination the evidence that shows why we KNOW this book was written before the year AD 70.
